I essentially agree with this, as long as the snapshot feature would be split in two. I use them mostly to store song positions, not vertical zoom settings.

It was once suggested to have a simple way to select from a handful of vertical zoom presets (e.g., tiny, small, medium, big, MONSTROUS! OH MY GOD IT’S GOING TO STOMP ME!) like in Studio One. Or was it track height presets… I can’t remember.
Personally, I’d be okay with snapshots only storing timeline positions, leaving vertical zoom levels to another feature or adjustments by hand.

If you’re talking about snapshots storing only horizontal zoom settings, then that’s something I’d not be very happy with…
