Hey, Kozaberger, i listened to your post on SoundCloud. Just wanted to say that the recording quality is pretty darn good, so you’re obviously off to a good start with your use of Podium. I’m rater new here with this DAW myself, just this week beginning to feel completely comfortable with using this software. I hope you will post more music when you get more tunes finished.

Regarding the voice situation, I relied on lead singers for my various bands for years and most were rather good, but this arrangement was not without its problems. I had a couple of them “reinturpret” and essentially butcher my original tunes, one crapped out on us at the last minute because his girlfriend didn’t want him performing live in front of other gals, etc., etc. So I began on the long hard road of learning to sing professionally. It ended up being about 10 times harder than getting good on a guitar, and it seemed to take forever just to get to a place where I felt the quality of my vocals started to become acceptable. I think that many musicians who don’t have to sing never fully understand what a challenge it is.
