Support for VST plugins that allows user draggable window size.

Fix: Changes made to a preset using the preset properties dialog will be updated in any plugins or external devices that are mapped to tracks together with the preset.
Fix: Any initial blank area before first curve event in curve sequences is now painted correctly according to default value of parameter.
Fix: Setting the sample rate when using external sync could cause errors with some ASIO drivers.
With this new version, I get the “Could not start 44100 Hz audio streaming” error as soon as the program starts, and no matter what setting I change in the Audio tab, I keep getting the same error. Let me know what you want me to do to help you troubleshoot.
As I wrote to suges in a PM; If anyone got problems with their ASIO driver, go to the report page in the MIDI/Audio interfaces dialog and create a new report. I’ve added further error checks in this release.
