Minor changes to setup dialogs. Rewritten the setup section in the guide.
Added new key shortcuts to editors. I/O keys with shift and alt combinations toggles punch in/out mode. U key toggles metronome mode. D/F keys steps between the edit tools. T key toggles quantize snap mode. Shift+D/F keys steps between quantize values. Numeric keypad 7/9 and 4/6 moves the play cursor like Q/W and Shift+Q/W.
Fix: Podium now loads Adobe Audition floating-point wave file formats.
Fix: Using the ‘clone phantom sequence’ command on audio events did not reset the filename of the new sound, causing it to conflict with the original sound.
Fix: Importing MIDI files would set curve sequence events to be shorter than note sequences, causing the controlled parameter to revert to the default value before the note sequence stopped playing.
