acousmodParticipantHi Frits,
First one : the Embeded List is very useful, and for me will be even better if we could put the two columns on top of each other instead of side by side (as an option in the list menu). It will gain some place.
Second : when I split a sequence in two parts it is generally in order to move one of them… But when I split a sequence, the two parts are selected after, so I must first deselect them and select the one which I have to move. It would be better, for me, if they will not be automatically selected so I can simply move the part.
Third : when I turn off the engine the plugins windows are shut. I would REALLY like to have them reopen when I turn the engine on (since their position is already saved).
Excuse me for always requesting… but it’s your fault if you give the better support ! If you didn’t answer, I will certainly stop to ask questions…
Cheers

It will be a day to celebrate when this list is empty. And when it is, I’ll raise the price of Podium to 1000$ π

While waiting for this happy day (I begin to save my money for the update !), there is two or three very little things that would certainly not be too time consuming for you but will be very useful for me (and others I suppose) :
– keyboard shortcuts for temporary selection of the Scalpel tool (it will help until the “splice to play position” will be implemented) and the Pencil tool, like for the Slide tool. If possible with only ONE key press (no modifier…)
– an option for a thin line for the play position, to help with precise cutsThanks !

Do you mean you want the previous tool to be reselected when you release the key?
How about using the tool selection D and F key shortcuts. If you use the slice tool often, then you can move it next to e.g. the rearrange tool in the toolbar setup dialog. Then you only need to press D or F to switch between the two tools.

Yes, but I would prefer a lot the previous solution…
The way as it is for the Slide or the zoom tool is perfect for me (with only one key π )
