I asked in the FL Tech support forum, why they work in some hosts and in others like Podium not…
This was the answer:
“It’s something that’s quite obscure in mouse message handling. It’s always possible for some inbetween window to handle mouse wheel messages and prevent child windows (or unrelated windows) from seeing them.”
