Topic: Audio files slowed down

    This problem came up about 2 days ago. It has never happened before but whenever I try to import audio files, they are always slowed down. This is extremely noticeable with drum and percussion loops or anything that is not a oneshot sample. I did not do anything different from what I have been doing for the past year with the software, so I don’t know what caused it. I tried creating a new project and arrangement and refreshing the folders in the explorer but the samples are still slowed down. Can anyone help me?

    Are the loops at a different sample rate compared to the project sample rate? Presently there’s no auto-conversion.

    It is most likely because the samplerate set in the arrangement is different than the samplerate of the sound files. Samplerate conversion is something I’m working on, but it is not yet supported in Podium.

    Thanks to the both of you. Changing the samplerate solved the issue, somehow the default samplerate got changed somewhere recently. Now I can get back to properly doing what I love. Thanks!
