No. Time-stretching is not yeat implemented in Podium. The closest you can get with the current Podium version, is the “beat slice” edit command. That will allow you to change the tempo of the arrangement, and have the chopped up loop follow along.
I think this features is still in not the device but you can match the tempo of both the track, now it is depends on you that how you match that and bit can be match or not. So basically make practice to match the perfect bits from the tempo.
