    Hello, just bought Podium, but in share-it it didn’t ask me to put my username of the forum…

    Can you help me?

    Hi,

    Welcome to the VIP club 🙂

    I just tried the share-it order page, and it seems that the fields for inputting user name only appears if you select English as the language on the share-it order form. I’ll contact share-it support about this.

    Ok, I just made some tests using my share-it control panel, and apparently I have to enter the same text for all 17 supported languages, to make the fields appear on non-english order forms.

    Thanks for making me aware of this problem.

    That’s completely lame. You should really contact Share-It about that and see if they can change it, maybe use a default one on any that you haven’t entered etc.

    It was just the two lines of text for the username field labels, so with copy/paste it was done in 5 minutes.

    …being a software engineer myself, sometimes ya just gotta roll with the tools you have at hand…hehehe…as frustrating as it may seem at the time.
