Topic: Bypass Monitoring Bypasses recording also

    Hi,
    As stated in the title. Whenever I bypass monitoring on a track and go to record it also bypasses recording.
    If I bypass monitoring for a second or two and then monitor whilst still recording, the audio is recorded but If I bypass it for longer than one or two seconds no audio gets recorded.
    I’m using the latest version of podium free and my system is more than capable of running podium without any problems.
    I’m not sure exactly what the problem is or why this is occuring. That’s why I’m here I guess.

    Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

    By coincidence, this was changed in the latest 2.37 release. Check out the release note:

    You’ll need to wait for the 2.37 Free version, or you could try the 2.37 demo to check if the new bypass behaviour is what you want.
