Topic: Can’t bounce with E-mu’s Emulator X

    Is anyone else using Emulator X? I have the old (yet upgraded version) that was supplied with for instance the E-MU 0404 cards.

    However as soon as I have an instance of Emulator X in my arrangement, I cannot bounce the master track. Everytime I try to render, Podium will freeze up, requiring a reboot. I’ve also tried rendering single tracks with E-mu X, but same thing. Is it just me? Just so I know where to look…

    It should be noted that its only when I try to do a CTRL-B to render. Later when I get home, I’ll try to do a real-time rendering and get back to you!

    The realtime bounce should work. There have been a discussion before about problems with offline rendering of the Emulator X:

    Right, sorry, should have done a proper forum search first!

    Real-time bouncing does however work correctly. A thousand thanks…
