When we move the mixer slider of an automation track from place to place (for example to change volume), the values are put in Bar mode, that is to say : it makes steps.
So, would it be possible in a future version, to choose the Line or Curve mode instead ?
It is actually rather tricky to automate continuous parameters in this way : must insert the value, then open the window of the sequence, then modify the mode etc.
I know that I could insert the values directly in the edit window, but it takes a lot of place on the screen and must open/close it each time that I want to modify the curve on another track, so it would be SO simple to make it directly in the arrangement (I know that “edit in place” is already in you plans).
But perhaps is there already a possibility that I didn’t simply don’t know, it would not be the first (and last) time !
