Topic: copy events from one project to another?

Is it possible to copy an event from one project to another in Podium? Copy / paste doesn’t seem to work, even though “paste event” is available (not greyed out) when I open the destination project it just doesn’t seem to DO anything (either that or there are now a whole bunch of copies of my riff lurking someplace I didn’t want them…)

You can save the track as a “Template” with clips & contents …
and use it in a new project …

Of course you can individually save clips from the “File” menu in Editor, but
if you save the clip automation (which has ‘spline’ points) as a MIDI file will be small errors 😥 …

I tried that method, and it appears there are a lot of details that get lost in the MIDI translation – hence my search for a better way. I really like the template method because it preserves the tweaks I have made to the synth patch as well.

me too, it is faster and more convenient 😉 …
