Folder Tracks with editable Midi or Audio clips. 😉
For example if you have 8 drum tracks with midi data on each track if they were packaged into a folder then a single midi clip / waveform would be visible on the folder track.
This single clip would represent the contents of the folder. One could drag, split or copy the contents to different areas of the arrangement. The folder clip could even have clip fade capability allowing for a very quick way to fade all the contents of any existing folder track.
Having folder clips (midi or audio) that can be edited like any other clip or almost as much would enable one to move whole blocks of tracks in Podium by simply dragging or copying any folder clip from one place to another within an arrangement.
A new icon could represent folder tracks with the letter F on it, for folder. 😉
