Topic: Free version can record but not the paid version!

    This is very strange, the free version can record and loop, but the one year paid version Podium 3.4.5 (valid June 11 2025) can not record or loop.
    The loop bar is not visible only for 1 sec. and when I press record it only flash for a second and can not activate.
    Multichannel sound card is activ so are the 8×8 MIDI interface.
    It plays midi from midi controller thru VST-synths or external MIDI gear but I can not record.
    Very strange , sure there is some explanation to this.

    Podium and Podium Free by default store their setup files in different folders so that you can have both installed at the same time. Check that your setup for Podium matches the setup you were using with Podium Free. If strange things happen when you use a MIDI controller it can be because you accidentally have selected the MIDI input on the Control Surface page.

    Everything is OK now, yes it was wrong settings on the Control Surface page.

    Wonderful software a joy to use it.
