Hey guys, I’m brand new to the forums and to podium, hopefully my ‘noob-ish’ question won’t rub anyone the wrong way. I installed Podium v1.77 CM edition this morning after having the CM DVD for about a month. I’ve been having a blast, I love the GUI, and (until now) every plugin has been working flawlessly. Sadly, just about an hour ago I encountered my first problem, and I’m sure it’s one that can be fixed easily, I just can’t seem to do it on my own.
While making an arrangement in Podium, I will try and make a new track with the FXPansion Guru plugin. When I attempt to hit ‘E’ and bring up the GUI of Guru itself I receive the following message;
“A plugin has performed an illegal action.
Guru.dll
This may have caused memory corruption in Podium. it is recommended that you save any changes to your project as a new file to avoid overwriting your original project file with potentially corupt data. Finally you should restart podium to avoid further instability of your system “
Has anyone encountered this before? Anyone have any directions they could push me in? Thanks in advance for any input, I tried searching these forums and the FXPansion forums, but couldn’t find much information relating specifically to Guru and Podium together.
Anyway, great program, I’m really happy you folks decided to let us Computer Music customers use a copy of it. And again, thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this.
