Topic: Good Tone (and I don’t mean guitar)

    Just wanted to say that this forum and the users of this product that post in other forums have a “good tone”.

    I have been using one of the big older sequencers for many years (and paying regular large update fees) and recently decided to look for a newer more nimble and stable sequencer. I didn’t consider user and developer forum attitudes to be a factor when I started my search. However, I ended up being turned off of some software because of that. With most things being equal in the DAW world from a feature perspective, I’d rather not be associated with fanatics.

    Anyway, I look forward to learning more about Podium and interacting with what appears to be a great group of users.

    I have to agree with this. It comes from two perspectives.

    1. Is that the majority of the people contributing to this forum have really fallen in love with Podium and are really trying to find ways to make it better. With that comes see great discussion and ideas. A truly collaborative environment.

    2. Fritz manner has a lot to do with this as well. He listens. He sees criticism as opportunity. He helps facilitate discussion, He looks for feedback. He bounces ideas off his customers and acts on the feedback provided. He does not over commit but delivers consistently. I wish the businesses I deal with in my day job managed themselves like Fritz does. I would have a lot less stress in my life if they did.
