    Any Kontakt 4 users here? I’m having a problem when using K4 multi-timbral. For example, in a project, if I add two or more instruments on separate channels in K4/Podium, save the project, then reload it later this is the result:

    each of the instruments gets loaded twice, causing an error in K4 and with podium on shut down.

    I should add that sometimes I can save the project and reload it a couple of times without error, but eventually this is always the result.

    I have Kontakt 4, and I have experienced problems when loading the plugin/presets. Depending on the amount of sample data, K4 will sometimes crash if the plugin editor is opened shortly after the plugin is loaded and before the preset is done loading. I’m about to begin experimenting with a different method of loading plugins, which hopefully also will cure the problem of the inresponsive Podium UI if the plugin loading takes seconds to complete.

    Digging up an old thread here, but a tip on a thread @kvr regarding the Kontakt vst plugin seems to have solved the problem I was having as described in the first post here. The solution is to disable the multi-processor support in the options/engine tab of the Kontakt vst plugin. So far, this seems to be working here. I’m now using Kontakt 5, but I guess it should work with v4 as well.
