In one of the next releases I’ll improve the MCU-compatible control surface support. That should at least be a step in the right direction. I can’t give you a deadline for when I’ll implement generic support for MIDI-learn in the Podium UI. It’s on the todo list, but there are a lot of essential features on that todo list 😉

Would it be possible to have MCU emulation in it?
If you can that would actually give you something that you cant find in any other program.
there is a few MCU Emus, like GenMCU
and the BCF2000 comes with a Emulator
What I’m wondering is if you can have a built in MCU Emulator like those.
Actually, come to think of it, I don’t think you would need that if the faders, knobs, etc were already mapped to midi and have the option to remap. Probably the easiest and best way.
