    I have a shortcut to this topic, so I will eventually examine it. At the moment I have a lot of stuff on my todo list that I find is more important.

    Maybe the jitter has something to do with with the multi-core-support?
    EnergyXT only runs on the first cpu and many timing related issues with midi/audio apps just don’t occur when programming only for one cpu.

    I suppose there are many different ways to take advantage of multiple cpu cores (which tasks go on what core, how they are put together again and stay synched and so on..)???

    No it hasn’t. Because when you hear the notes you play during recording (which sound like in the right spot), they already have been timestamped (or at least should have been), so it’s just a matter of inserting them in the right (in my opinion same) spot afterwards.
