I have chosen to Show controls in effect chain for gain/pan fader in the Mixer Region layout. It’s nice seeing the procedure for audio on its way to the Master track.
Unfortunately these mixer controls are sometimes inoperable.
The tracks effected seems indiscriminate, whether they are:
-(non)group tracks
-have their faders set pre/post/within fx chain
There’s even been an instance where the pan control was adjustable but not the gain control.
I can confirm this. As soon as selector buttons (effects, bounce tracks) appear on a track, it seems that the slider hitboxes get pushed out of place (and out of reach most of the time).
I hijack this thread to report another mixer related bug: making a real time bounce of any midi track (I used a midi out device with audio input) and moving the bounced audio creates empty mixer tracks
