I am new to Podium Free, and would like to be able to use a good freeware VST instrument drum kit for recording drum tracks. I noticed that MT Power Drum Kit 2 looks very useful (http://www.powerdrumkit.com/), but so far I haven’t been able to get it to work with Podium Free. I checked the list of freeware but there doesn’t seem to be any suggestions for realistic sounding drum kits, or even drum machines! Can anyone tell me if MT Power Drum Kit 2 works for them or if there’s a similar freeware alternative?
I did not know about this plugin. Perhaps it became freeware only after I created the recommended freeware plugin list. I did not find any good 32/64 bit VST drum plugins at the time, so it is perhaps time that I update the plugin list.

MTPowerdrumkit is one of the best sounding free raw drum samplers.
Together with the other free audio plugins, it is possible to change/bending the sound.
