Is there any way to turn off the VST scan that happens every time one starts a new project? I have about 300 VSTS if not more, and it takes a year and a night for the process to finish each time…I couldn’t find an option in any of the menus.
Once you have created a new project with all devices set up as you want them, use the “Save project as template” menu command (click the menu button in panel at the upper left corner). The template project will then be available as a submenu of the “New Project” menu. Selecting the template when you want to start on a new project will then skip the plugin scanning and device mapping preparations.
By the way, I just purchased Podium…any chance of getting the download link soon? (Since you’re obviously awake and online). I’m dying to get cracking on some tunes!
