Topic: No way to select multiple tracks?????

    I was trying to move all my RMX tracks into an RMX group track…is there no way to simply drag select them all and right click to select the Move Track option to move all tracks with one command, at the same time, or does each track have to be moved one by one ?!?!?

    Or is there another way to achieve the same thing in Podium that is just as quick???

    You cannot select multiple tracks. To move a range of tracks into a new group, right-click the first track and then use the “Move Track > Move To New Group” submenu.

    However I would suggest a more flexible process though that allows a user to choose the tracks they want to move to a new group. The suggestion you put forward works if all the tracks underneath the selected track are the tracks you want in the group. But it is not so good if any one of the tracks below a selected track are not supposed to be moved.

    Being able to pre select more than one track then using a Move to Group track command for instance would be much better.

    I’d like to be able to select multiple tracks and then

    – assign sends
    – unassign sends
    – bounce tracks
    – delete tracks
    – colour tracks
    – etc …
