Never mind, I reinstalled and it plays now!
So,… exciting to use it now.
It seems to have been something that I did wrong in the project creation process. Got it working now.

I’m currently using Pro Tools 8 and have used Cubase 5, and am trying out Multi-Studio, Reaper and Mixcraft.
Podium seems like the closest fit for me, alongside PT8, to replace Cubase that I don’t own any longer.
Problem though is that I have three tracks, a Master, an audio with an imported .wav file, and a Virtual Instrument midi track.
But if I hit Enter on the side keypad, or the spacebar, or click on the play arrow on the transport… nothing gets the project to play. It can record arm, the power button can be clicked on and off, but no play. If I hit the space bar twice I get a 10 second freeze in the DAW, Windows Vista, but other than that, nothing.
I’d like to test this baby out, but can’t get the play button to work.
Oh, also I went into the podium.ini file and changed the buffer from 2048 to 1024 to see if lowering the buffer would help out.
Any help appreciated.
