    Hi all,

KVR’s most recent One-Synth-Challenge had a huge 75 entries …including two by Podium users.

If you haven’t already, go and check it out. There are some very impressive entries!

Hey H-man, you beat me to it.
Yes, CM Special was an epic OSC. Still listening to all the tracks, and will vote tomorrow.
There are so many great submissions, but yours mate, is exactly my cup of ambient beauty, went into my Psybient playlist right away 🙂 My favourite: the style, the sound design, the production. Great work!

I don’t know if it’s OK with KVR, while we’re still in the voting phase, but can we share the submissions with the Podium Poppets group?

    Hey thanks 🙂

Your track was nothing short of amazing too. You make CM Domiator sound like some 10 Grand Korg workstation! I also really like the style of writing too …maybe we’re similar in leaning towards ambient themes and mood inspiring music.

I joined the OSC as a means to get motivated and actually finish something, and I must say, it’s been a great experience all round. Good luck in the voting!

Also, are you in on this months challenge?

As for the Poppets …I don’t see why not? Certainly after voting anyway….

Many thanks mate. The same with you too. You used Aalto in a very surprising way and the sound design is simply awesome. When I said it reminds me of Carbon Based Lifeforms I literally meant it. If your track was played to me by a friend saying “Hey have you heard the new CBL, here, take a listen” I would have totally
    fallen for it.

The style – yep there’s a common vibe there. 🙂

As to why I joined OSC – exactly the same! I have who-knows-how-many ongoing projects, but when there are no time limits, or any other limitations for that matter it’s always like “yeah, there’s time, I’ll come back to this track later anyways, it’s not for the money or glory, let me check this new freebie first etc…” 🙂

I really hope that I will have something listenable to submit. But then again the “Tide” is almost cut in half 🙂
I’m already working on the sound design, and the pads/drones/atmos Tunefish is capable of are just amazing. So I really hope and want to participate this month as well.

But in any case good luck out there in the contest, I’m sure it will be nothing less than stellar 🙂
