Well, the title says it all. Now, you have to rename the bounced track separately in the project-folder or else it is overwritten.

Is there no one else that finds this behaviour annoying? Also, why is the bounced(rendered) track saved after you close the project? Why can’t it be saved under a self-chosen name while working on the project? Or am i missing something?

Do you mean renaming an audio file on a bounced track? Not the track itself?

Right click on the event and choose Sound Event Properties. Type in a new name, does that help? :-k

That’s what i mean. Is it that simple? Oh man, i must have missed that part in the manual. Gonna try it right now. 😳

Edit: I’ve figured it out: I had “hide bounce track” activated, therefor i couldn’t see or name the file. In the editor you can “save sound as”. That was what i was looking for.

Thanks for the help, Conquistador =D> .
