Topic: Program Crash at start up! Please Help !

    Hi,
    i have the “BEAT” Magazin version 1.74 of Podium. But the Program crash after i start it. What can i do, that Podium works for me and my Nord´s synths ????? :)) Here is the log file:











    My system is a Athlon XP 2000 with windows XP (newest service pack, all updates installed), soundcard is Hoohntech / STA DSP2000.

    Hi polysix,

    Was Podium 1.74 the first time you installed Podium? If you have tried previous versions, did they work ok?

    Does it always crash immediately when you start it, or have you had a chance to configure the MIDI/audio interfaces in Podium?

    Try deleting the Podium.ini file before starting Podium. The file should be located here:
    C:Documents and Settings[your user name]Application DataZynewavePodiumPodium.ini

    thank you verry much. after i delete the *.ini file it seams to work … no crash. And yes i installed in the last month the “Beat” version 1.72 (is this right?)

    The previous Beat version was 1.72.

    I’m guessing it must have been something with your MIDI/audio interface setup in Podium that caused the crash. If it starts crashing again, send your Podium.ini file to me in a mail, and I may be able to see what could cause the crash.
