PodianerParticipantHi,
I have only a few projects, but rather many arrangements in them. But there still is so many space left. Now what if this space would be divided into two lists.. Only as a matter of organisation. The second list would be the same in Podiums project hierarchy as the former list, but the user could “sort” his songs in arrangements that are complete, and those which he currently needs to work on. Perhaps the possibility to name the two areas would be a very handy thing.. I find it quite userfriendly as it is right now, but when you have many arrangements, the only way of knowing how far you are with your songs are the stickie notes (which I love by the way! 😉 ).
What do you guys think?

ZynewaveKeymasterSuggestion: You can create two folder objects named something like “Done” and “Drafts”, and move your arrangements into these. That way you decide how many arrangement groupings you want, instead of having to use a fixed dual list layout created by Podium.

PodianerParticipantThat is even better 😆
(why didn’t I get this idea? 😳 )

That could be very handy. Thanks!

PodianerParticipantok, I created two folders in my projects, which already consists of 15 arrangements..
Now there is a problem: When I created additional Bounce Tracks, Podium could not save the sound events. I got an error message. I asked myself why this happened, and then I deleted the newly created folders, and created new bounce tracks. Everything works fine again. The problem seems to be, that a new subfolder is created, because I created the folder objects beforehand.
I do not want my files in different folders. So creating the folder objects on the project page only helps, if you do not have any sound objects saved. And you are not able to move your arrangements to the other folder e.g. “drafts” or “finished”, because then Podium states an error. And when there is no error message, your files are still spread over a few folders..
Frits, any idea how to solve this dilemma? 😕 my initial request would be a perfect soltution for this.. 😆

ZynewaveKeymasterany idea how to solve this dilemma?
Hmm, no. I could add an option to only create subfolders for arrangements, but it will have to wait until later this year.
