    stupid question for sure : i could have sworn there was a way to randomize / humanize the velocity of selected events ( the same way and dialog as for quantizing and humanizing note starts / lenghts ) but i can’t find it in 2.42 – was it just a matter of hope ( i suppose? )…

    hello michi_mak,

    Alt+Enter with a track selected will invoke its properties dialog. There you will find a field to randomise note velocity by percentage.

    Unfortunately this function isn’t available through the sequence event properties dialog. No doubt these are in the pipeline.

    i know of the track properties but it’s not quite the same i think – in the quantize window i can generate and preview random note positions before applying it – that’s what i’d like to do with velocity too.
