Yes, if you have assigned a VST instrument on the track to play the MIDI data. Just bounce render the track, using the Track/Bounce/Render menu command. That will overlay the rendered audio on top of the VSTi track. With the B button you can then swap back and forth between playback of the rendered audio or the actual VSTi MIDI track. Use the “Track/Bounce/Move bounced audio to new track” if you prefer to edit the rendered audio as a normal audio track.
