I have been using a HDSP Cardbus/Multiface system a couple of years now. I’m using it with my Dell Inspiron 8200 notebook, Windows XP, driver version 2.62.
I have only one problem with it, which occurs if both MIDI and audio interfaces of the HDSP are enabled in Podium. If Podium crashes, the HDSP interfaces are not properly released. As a result the next application opened that use the HDSP interfaces will freeze the PC. To avoid this, just do a normal restart of Windows immediately after a crash has occurred.
