Topic: Sampler in group-track

    Hello,

    To make a workaround for the punch-problems i have been having i had the idea to create a group track with the SSD4-sampler on it. Then i created child-tracks with the different midi-tracks on it (every child-track is a different “take”).

    What happens is that it seems to work, but i get an error saying “this (child)track is configured to produce audio but the group track does not process audio”.

    This error does not make the edit crash or not play but it is still there. What am i doing wrong here?

    Edit: Even when rendering the track everything works and sounds great. Just the error.

    Check that the audio option in track properties is disabled on the MIDI child tracks. The error message is meant to inform you that IF you have something on the track that produces audio, then it won’t be able to play through the parent track.
