When hovering over this option in Podium the info line (top left) says that the Save all changes option “Saves the project and all edited sounds” perhaps I misunderstood this feature or it is a bug because my assumption is that Save all changes will save all events in a project (all changes) not just sounds that were created in an arrangement, leaving out sounds imported into an arrangement.
For instance if I import some audio files into Podium and then use the Save all changes option Podium will not save those audio files with the project but it will save them if I created them or bounced them to new files in an arrangement then saved all changes.
They will then be visible in the Arrangement and sounds column.
I thought Save all changes saved every file in an arrangement created or imported. Is it a bug?
If it is not a bug then please consider adding an option to Podium that allows a user to save every file in any arrangement in the same way Podium very efficiently currently creates a unique copy of any arrangement (and included files) in one click using the New Unique copy option.
Extending the functionality of the Save all changes option to some thing like…”Saves the project and all existing audio and midi files” is really what I am trying to suggest here. Or something else that will do the same thing. 😉
