The result is a regular but rather slow progressing, which will give a wonderfull tool for people who can wait and who can accept to do things sometimes with more pain, because they can be confident in the long term.

Yes it is. The tortoise may be slower than the hare but he sees more of the road on his way to completing his latest new feature. 😆
Having said that I know very little of Justin but he appears to have a pretty good record for fixing bugs. But…he does have a second developer working with him…of course Frits works strictly solo.
I wonder if Frits had a second coder wether he could match Reapers blistering development pace. In any case thankfully I am in no mad rush for new features anyway, just reliability and development consistency.
It’s great to see developers like Frits, Justin, Holger (Phrazor) and Jorgen (EXT) step out and try to offer something different.
I think we all stand to benefit from their continued development.
Of course we can have our host cake and eat it as phrazor and EXT can all be plugged into Podium and I think Justin’s clever Rea Route in Reaper allows for audio to be ferried between Reaper and *any* host if I am not mistaken. So one does not even need to choose between them. 😉
