Great work on Domn al Vesniciei, Adimatis 😀
I would love for you to add it, or any other of your songs made in Podium, to our SoundCloud group – Podium Poppets.
Thanks guys, I appreciate the positive words. I will try to upload on Soundcloud, never tried it before. The song is not mine of course, but I will post some other mixes… I am learning.
Cris, yes, I am Romanian. 😉
Nice work, adimatis! Please post to the Podium Poppets group on SoundCloud. We need you there!
Edited to add: Unless they have changed anything very lately, one of the nice things about that site is that you can upload WAV files and they do a slow but immediate conversion and put it to (I think) 320kbs MP3.
Just saw this sticky —
My most recent work completed in Podium:

I know some of you Souncloud regulars have already heard this since I uploaded it to Podium Poppets (and I thank you for your input and comments!)
I’ve just finished an album. I recorded the entire thing on an Acer laptop running Podium 3.12.

I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

Fooled me. It could be the result of hiring some studio time. Proof that good music can be made with limited resources.

Justifiably so 8)
The guitar solos shred!
Thanks for the album.
Well, now I’ve listened to my album a bit more, I’ve realized it would translate to smaller speakers better if I EQed more upper-midrange into the snares and toms.
I guess it just goes to show, there’s always plenty of room to improve.
Details for this one are posted at bottom on this forum link:

This example was my first recording using the new Scuffham Amps S-Gear 2 guitar plugin and was also a test mix to check levels and make sure the guitar was ‘sitting’ right in the mix. I made a last-minute decision to use S-Gear instead of my usual Digitechs for these. This is one from a latest (almost finished) batch of six instrumentals.

And look at my backgroud pic on my facebook 🙂
Re: Kocham cie, kocham, kocham. I do like a light-hearted polka. Do you play all the instruments? Please add it to our SoundCloud group, Podium Poppets

I’ve been scratching my head for a suitable cover photo. I like your idea so much I did the same for Levendis on Facebook 😀
Please add it to our SoundCloud group, Podium Poppets
I’m there double as apiekarczyk (Andy Piekarczyk – private person) and ndandeband (my personal, virtual band “ND and eBand”) But I’m also member of the “Kabaret OT.TO” – one of the most known in Poland group, we are something between “funy people” and “musical band”.

My pleasure 🙂
New piece:

Took an attempt at some mixing/mastering this time (until recently I would open the track in Ableton and put one of its built-in “mastering” effects). The scale of knowledge needed is kind of intimidating ;).
Re: Jak to się stało by Kozaberger
Boy was that weird. Like a carnival fun house from the Twilight Zone. Filled with low lights, smoke machines and people with their hair set with hair-spray 😯
Thanks for sharing 😀
