    Frits,

Yes, that “fixed” it. No crash here. I turned off the monitor and was able to go into options and change outputs without a hitch.

A minor inconvenience… how many times do I need to change the outputs? I’d set it and forget it, most likely, but that’s just me. Be nice if it didn’t crash of course..
    🙄

    Hope that helps,

I have the same problem. I went to assign more Stereo Outputs in the Options inside Battery, hit Apply and boom crash….Podium disabled Battery.
    😥

Ok, I’ve got the gist of it now. Those last two things opened up the floodgates and it all fell into place.

The Guide is helping now. Now that I have the basics of adding instruments, etc I’m off and running.

How about more Quantize features. You have the basics but how about some swing presets like Logic?

Ok, time to dig a little more into Podium!

And the light bulb comes on…. 😆

Found the undo, sorry, they were greyed out at the time and my bifocals didn’t kick in until way down the line and it was too late. 😳

Found the browser and see that you can just drag the plugin back into the arrange window.

Ok, I’m still with you here. Now, back to it.

Frits, I sure do miss a count in on the metronome. Lovely click. Very pleasing. I’d heard another guy comment on it. It’s one of the best I’ve heard. Now, how about a count in… 😉

If you have set up several tracks with softsynths, and only have one MIDI input, you just drag the MIDI input from track to track to audition/record them. Is this what you mean?

Sure, but I’m wanting to create another sequence… But, let’s say I’ve got that perfect part on synth 1, so I’m going to synth 2 for the next perfect part to be recorded and so on….. doesn’t it seem that it would be faster to just click on the next track and it’s input would be set automatically once I created the track?

It just seemd to me at first glance, that I’m setting up things over and over versus working on getting my keyboard skillz to play my sequences…. 😆

    Press undo

    Love to, but I’m lost! 😮 Can’t find it…

And this brings up another point… Do I have to Import what I want to use and be limited to that? How do I add instruments? Since I can’t find the undo, how do I add another instrument, say I don’t like what I imported at first?

    Thanks, Frits!

I think quick is a bad term on my part….

I’m just trying to get the flow of this under my belt. For me, that seems like a lot of clicking to just get to another instrument and go, even to hear it? Perhaps I don’t have Podium setup properly. I’ve studied the video and basically mimicked it move by move….

    another item:

Silly me had the eraser waving around and I killed my VST that I had imported…Ok, so how do I get it back?

sorry for the silly questions, but the answer is eluding me.

Great response time, Frits. Also, I can tell you have put a lot of thought into this. It shows. Bear with me, I have to clear my mind of other sequencers to see how you’re doing things.

I just stumbled on it….Ok. So, is there a quicker way? I mean, is that the main way to get to other tracks and instruments?
