    To advance the troubleshooting …

With a multiple instance Kontakt only, it works.
If I add a plugin, it works. If I close and reopen Podium, it crashes with this message:

    ADD : Resolved (see below)
I tried several plugins (multitimbral or not): With some plugins it works. Most do not work with Kontakt which Nucleum.

    ADD : Resolved (see below)
The most urgent problem to me is the loading times sounds very long in Kontakt

A bug that was not present in the version 3.1.0:

In the windows “project” and “arrangements”, letters with accents are replaced by strange characters in the window

And all previous files (projects, files) containing accented characters (é, è, ç …) can not be opened

Add : Don’t loose time for this because for the moment i don’t have many files with accents and it’s easy to change the name.

    Hi,

I have tested these functions :

    • Velocity region: Alt+Click+Drag : Ok

    • Velocity region: Ctrl+Click+Drag : Ok (excellent function)

    • Velocity region: Shift+Click : Ok (convenient)

    • Note editor: Added “Adjust Velocities…” to the edit menu : Ok for attack and release (randomize : greats)

    • Note editor: Added “Adjust Transposition…” : Ok (greats ! I expected this function)

    • Curve editor: Added “Adjust Points…” to the edit menu : Ok but the knobs don’t work

I can’t select the option “clipboard” in adjust points and adjust velocities but maybe I have not selected an option ?

    Thank you for this work

Ok Thank you Frits for your quick response. A priori there is a Kontakt singular memory allocation.

As soon as you advance on the problem, I would test all versions, day and night 😉 because it is an issue very important to me that many banks Kontakt and i can’t use Podium (I’ve already lost two arrangements.).

I looked over the velocity region for ways to improve the editing. I already had a few velocity region improvements on my todo list, so it seems the next 3.1.3 release will include some velocity editing improvements.

One of my todo features was a way to draw over velocity bars to adjust their relative value rather than drawing absolute velocity values. This is now done by holding the Alt key down.

Holding the Shift key down will start a marquee selection so that you can select notes based on their velocities.

Holding Ctrl down and dragging up/down will offset all selected velocities. Ctrl was previously used to set default velocity values. This can now be done with a new “Adjust Velocities” dialog. This dialog will also include a randomize option and various other stuff.

    😀 Good news

I installed the French azerty keyboard driver on my PC, and can confirm that “-” cannot be used as shortcut on azerty key layouts. Podium receives the raw key codes for the number keys, and not the character as interpreted by the keyboard driver. The problem is that if Podium should respond to the translated character (i.e. “-” instead of “6”), then it cannot use the 1-9 shortcut keys for switching editors and the Shift+1-9 keys for selecting snapshots.

If it’s not possible for shortcuts, could you add an possibility in the “pull-down” (contextual) menu ?

Or “+” and “-” of numeric keyboard ?

    Hi Frits,

    Thanks for your answer.

“Is the Shift key used to access “-” on an azerty keyboard? “
If shift key : “6”. No shift key : “-“

    For “+” :
If shift key : “+”. No shift key : “=”

“Make sure the “edit only selected events” option button in the velocity region is on”
    Ok, an forgetting.

    Great, that works ! 😀

I discover Podium and I had not still understood this subtlety with the group track.
It is also necessary to parametrize the VST Vocoder not as an effect but as an instrument in ” Device Mapping properties ” (Device is an instrument).

    Thank you very much Kingtubby.

Perhaps, it’s not possible with Podium ?

    Hi,

I am say ” ah that’s it: the solution! ” 😀 but it’s not ok for me 😕

The “+” and “-” of the numeric keyboards do not allow it.
Only the “+” of the touch “+=}” allow it to increase.
    But no touch to decrease.
    I tried all other touches

    Bug or not ?

Why not an possibility in the “pull-down” (contextual) menu ?

Please, thank you for answering me quickly because that kills the inspiration this problem
