Implemented generic editor window for VST plugins that does not have their own graphical editor. The layout of the parameters in the editor is defined by the order of the parameter objects under the device definition object. Placing parameter objects into folders will create parameter groups in the editor.
Minor changes to project wizard graphics and ‘quick setup’ behaviour.
Fix: When playback reached the end of a curve sequence on a parameter track that was muted, the parameter was mistakingly reset to the default value.
