Topic: Allow commands from track view

    Hi Fritz. I have a suggestion for a future update. Would it be possible to allow a right click on a midi file in the track list to bring the dialog for Make Unique Copy of said file. At present, I need to change from edit page page back to track layout page, then right click, make selection, then return to to edit page. Allowing this to be done from the track list would help workflow.

    Are you talking about the event list on the Track page in the Inspector? I’m also not sure what dialog you mean for Make Unique Copy. If you mean the “Convert To Unique Copy” command, then there is the Ctrl+U key shortcut, but it does require that the Tracks region has focus. But at least that will spare you the need to right click the event or open the Edit menu to get to the command.
