    Hi

Just bought EZdrummer today, sounds good.

Anyhow, part of the use of EZdrummer is to drag MIDI files from the VST instrument browser into a MIDI track on the host sequencer. I have tried various ways of carrying this out but Podium doesn’t seem to want to do it.

Question ❓ Is this possible in Podium and if not will it be possible in the future to inport MIDI tracks straight in on the Arrangement window into a track ❓

    Hi again,

Just to reply to myself and to perhaps help others…

I should have known that Frit’s would have implemented a MIDI drag feature somehow.
I finally figured out that you need to have the List Page open (top right of Podium) and can then drag MIDI onto a sequence object. After that you drag the sequence created onto the relevant track in the Arrangement. (Not sure about my terminology but, hopefully it might point others in the right direction).

This is on the plan. Currently you can only drag MIDI files from the Podium list file browser.

No need to import the MIDI file as a sequence object manually. You can drag the MIDI file directly on a track, provided that the MIDI file contains a single sequence of notes or controller data.
