Topic: Can you add plugin to single events/clips within a track?

    Hi there guys, I have not posted here in a while – I’ve been helping out a friend who got a free license of Podium here (as have I).

    Is there any way to process/insert plugins on a single clip/event without processing/inserting the plugin on a certain track? If not, is there a equally cool alternative?

    I’ve tried automation but it seems that if you had different plugin settings for different plugins it would get kinda counter-productive after a while. Thanks in advance, Podium users!

    Hi,

    I believe a way to overcome this is to actually create a new track that will contain only that single event you want to process. This way, for most of the possible scenarios, you can have the solution – this is working for me most of the times.

    And to save power, you can always bounce and so the CPU doesn’t have to struggle through each playback.
