I’ve been working on a choir for one of my pieces. To simplify working I have bounced the main track, then imported that audio into a new arrangement where I can work on the choir (100+ individual tracks).

My intention is to get the choir submixed with groups for basses, tenors, altos, etc, then when ready hit copy with the parent choir group, go to the main arrangement and hit paste. This doesn’t appear to work – is this by design, or just an oversight?

It may be that I bounce various sub groups & import the audio to a similar structure, but I feel I would prefer to have the whole thing back into the main arrangement where I can have a little more control.

    Any opinions on this, anyone?

You can copy each track using “Clipboard->Copy Track” from the second arrangement and use “Add New Track from Clipboard” in the main arrangement. Hope that’ll help.
