    Hi,
    Seem to be getting a lot of crashes in podium recently (i.e. Podium just disappears off the screen and I get a windows message saying “Zynewave podium has stopped working”, options to close/debug program) it happens in these 2 situations:
    1-Change the source of a track from one plug-in to another without removing the initial source first (Never crashes if remove previous source first!!)
    2-Delete an effect plug-in. (i.e. Remove the reverb by deleting the reverb in the hierarchy) NOTE this also never crashes if I remve the source of the track before If delete the plug-in.

    This seems to be a recent development, it never used to happen.

    This could be useful Info: I have recently changed audio interface from presonus firebox to edirol au-1x.
    I suspect it’s either due to this change or a change in podium.
    (Same behaviour using 2.07 and 2.08 beta4)
    Any ideas?

    I’ve tried both of your described procedures with various plugins, but I cannot make it crash. I doubt your new audio interface should be the cause of the crashes.

    Are the crashes random or can you reproduce it consistently?

    Does it crash with different plugins?

    Try if disabling the “plugin multiprocessing” option in preferences will get rid of the crashes.

    It did seem to be a bit random when crashing, seemed to crash 50% of the time, didn’t spot if it was to do with certain plug-ins etc.

    Not had the crash the past few times (Have probably beeen subconciously avoiding clicking things in same order as before) I will try again soon…
