    Hi,

Seem to be having a few issues at the moment. (v 1.99)

Podium keeps crashing during startup. Seems to be the first time I open it, then second time works OK.
Is there any file recorded I can send that will help you see why it crashed?

Background Info that might be useful:
I think most of the below is to do with my Firewire interface not podium.
I did yank the cable on my firewire port a while ago and since then i have to pull out cable and put back in every now and again. (Loose connection I assume)
But now sometimes I have to reboot windows for it to redetect my audio interface. when this happens I also don’t get the usual windows noise to say it’s detected a device.

Podium also says “unable to initialise to 44.1khz” when I start up sometimes too.

Not sure if the crash and the firewire issue is related but I include it for your info.

    Thanks,
    Mike G

The crash is most likely related to the initialization of MIDI or audio interfaces. Do you have any MIDI interfaces enabled?

Try to deselect either your MIDI or audio interface in the interfaces dialog, and check if Podium will start up repeatedly without crashing.
