    Hi Frits,

I often get the following message when opening Podium: “Could not initialize audio interface at 48000 Hz sample rate”

The ridiculous thing about it is, that this message disappears after a view starts of Podium… In the MIDI/Audio Interfaces Dialog, the Audio Report says, that a sample rate of 48000 Hz is set, so Podium obviously recognizes the correct sample rate.. I also checked wether another program is using the Asio driver, but there isn’t. I use the M-Audio Delta1010 LT. I only get such a message with Podium.

Perhaps you have an idea how to solve this.

P.S. curious about the upcoming features in 1.39!!! 🙂

I don’t understand. Do you mean the message does not appear, if you exit Podium and restart?

Do you use 48000 in your arrangements?

No major features. Just minor stuff and bug fixes.

Right! Sometimes I need to start Podium for several times, until the message doesn’t appear again. Perhaps this is not a Podium related problem, but my Soundcard’s fault, because yesterday I also got a similar message in Tracktion 2.

    Yes.

To avoid having to exit/restart Podium, you can open the MIDI/Audio interfaces dialog and press OK, which will reinitialize the drivers.

Thanks. I’ll try that the next time the error message appears..
