Say you have a set of tracks (possibly of different groups) soloed. The Global Solo button will light up and when clicked will un-solo those tracks.

What I’d like is to then be able to click the Global Solo button again and have the previous track solo states invoked.

Auditioning recent edits could then be A/B’d between the output of all tracks (bar those muted) and a selected sub-group.

Sorry if this feature has been previously requested.

…oh, and a small nuisance in the GUI. The pop-up sticky note, which loads with the project, obscures part of the list of arrangements (usually the one I want to launch) 😉

Could it be moved within the same panel and over to the other side?

That last one can be solved by going to Setup->Preferences, on the Project tab the top checkbox is Pop up project stickie note after loading project.

I can understand this also means it won’t open on load, but I think for most people this would be desirable.

I think you can achieve what you want, by using the undo/redo commands to A/B the solo mode changes.
