For controlling the mixer, Podium currently only supports the Mackie MCU and other devices capable of emulating MCU.

Thanks for joning Frits, i read about the MCU ( only ) support -this was ment to be a call for users sharing their experience – Behringer BCF supports MCU and so does the Korg NanoKontrol2 – does anybody use any of these 2?

i didn’t find a way to use NanoKontrol2 with Podium – according to Frits there is one feature tiny missing in Podium but he was not sure if he could add it …

I’m currently doing some experiments with enhanced MIDI remote control. Too early to say if this can be implemented for the next release.

i posted a comment to the video’s owner.

    i wrote

“can you test nanokontrol2 with the Zynewave Podium Free DAw program?

I’am waiting your answer thank you.”

    and he answered :

-be honest i don’t really want to try it out because i don’t want the program you mentioned to screw with all the other programs that i have in my comp, but if that program uses Midi CC messages, the NanoKontrol 2 should work with it, cause it uses Midi CC message code to work with your daw. But be warned, you will have to program the ccm manually into thenanokontrol2 and your daw so it can communicate back and forth and set midi preferences for the Nano to work.

so can we use nanokontrol2 with Podium?
