I was wondering could I use this to bridge the gap between using my PC keyboard as a MIDI Keyboard in Podium! [Since Podium doesn’t have it by default as most DAW’s do.]If anyone is willing to download this and show me how I would be happy AS HELL!

    AMVST Unicontrol

Thanks a million if anyone knows whether or not this can be done.

I wouldn’t say MOST support computer keyboard playing, but anyway — this does not look like its keyboard to midi, it seems more like midi translation (as in, a MIDI input is output as a different MIDI function) not entirely sure.

What you want is Virtual MIDI Piano Keyboard: http://vmpk.sourceforge.net/ open source.

Of course if you have 50-60 bucks a better route would be a midi keyboard

Ah thanks Lion! I was kinda hoping for some good news but it’s ok! At least you answered my impatient question lol. But meh I can work around it. I’ve also checked TigerDirect for MIDI Keyboards but I really don’t have the spare cash right now, so as I said I can work around it. = )

    But thanks anyway!

    Is this suitable?

I’ve used this for a while now, until I get the moolah for some M-Audio keyboard this will do. I have version 1.3, the free one. You can set a shortcut to switch between Tracktionkeys and Podium. Good luck—
