    Hi Frits,

I’m just curious if you ever plan on porting Podium to OSX? I might be making a switch and I’m curious if this is something you plan on at some point.

I have no current plans. I have some experience programming for OSX, but that was back when OSX 10.0.0.0.0 came out, and I got dismayed with the at that time ‘unfinished’ audio/plugins parts of the OS. It will be interesting to see the outcome of their new Intel move.

It would appear Apple will require most if not all of the third party software packages that currently run on Macs to be re written. There have been mixed feeling about this.

So from a developers point of view it probably is better to wait. I suppose even existing Mac owners are now looking at a hardware update sooner or later just to run tomorrows Mac software that will be designed for intel machines.
